Gone Prakasa Rao, in a press meet offered some wisdom on Venkataswamy's role in the Telangana issue. He makes several observations about kaka's past, his backtracking on the Telangana issue on several occasions in the past, his nepotism and also his political opportunism.
He painted a sort of a very revealing picture of kaka from the past.
Most of what he said sounds believable. Any corroborations??

ఈయన చెబుతున్న విషయాలలో కొన్ని ఖచ్చితంగా నమ్మదగినవే... తెలంగాణ రాజకీయ నాయకులు సరిగ్గా పనిచేసివుంటే ఈ పరిస్థితి వేరుగా ఉండేది... కొందరు నిస్వార్థంతో ప్రయత్నం చేసినవారు కూడా లేకపోలేదు. అయితే మరి ఈ వెంకటస్వామి లాంటివాళ్ళు సరిగ్గా పనిచేయకపోతే - వారిని ఆమంత్రన చేసేవారెవరు - మరి పైనున్న నాయకులు ఏం చేసారు. చోద్యం చూస్తూ కూర్చున్నారా? అందుకే ఈయనగారు చేప్పిన అన్ని విషయాలు నేను విశ్వసించను.
ఏది ఏమైనా ఇప్పటి పరిస్థితి మాత్రం వేరు - ఈ ఉద్యమం కె.సి.ఆర్. వల్ల రాజుకున్నప్పటికీ, మొత్తంగా రాజకీయ నాయకుల చేతిలో లేదనేది సత్యం.
