Rosaiah is shedding crocodile tears that prospective investors are having a change of mind on their plans of investments in the state. He appeals to the people of the state to observe restraint and put an end to this time of uncertainty.
If only he wasn't a nominal head of the government, if only he wasn't a mere puppet chief minister, if only he was more effective in tackling the situation, this crisis would have never gone out of hands as it has now, in the first place.
Shame on YOU, sir.
