After an extraordinary spell of prolonged lull owing to his ill-health and recuperation in Singapore, Amar Singh is back in the news and in style.
By claiming to be a victim of vindictive politics and claiming vengeance for the same he has signed in with style, as usual.
An FIR has been filed against him for allegedly siphoning off funds to the tune of Rs.500 crores between 2003-08, during his tenure as the Chairman of the UP Development Council. His wife was also named in the FIR along with, take a breath, Amitabh Bachchan's.
Expectedly this has attracted huge cries of 'witch-hunt' being done by the government and so on by Mulayam Singh Yadav. He has even asked the PM to step in and rein in Mayawathi government.
